The management and protection of personal data of visitors/users of the Network services are subject to the terms of this section, as well as the relevant provisions of Greek law (Law 2472/1997 on the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data, as amended by decisions of the President of the Hellenic Data Protection Authority, Presidential Decrees 207/1998 and 79/2000, and Article 8 of Law 2819/2000) and European law (Directives 95/46/EC and 97/66/EC). These terms are formulated taking into account both the rapid development of technology, particularly the Internet, and the existing — though not fully developed — legal framework on these matters. Any future related regulation will be addressed within this section. The Network reserves the right to modify the personal data protection terms upon notifying visitors/users and within the current or potential legal framework. The IP address through which a computer accesses the Internet and subsequently the Network is used exclusively for gathering statistical data.
General Personal Data Protection Terms
The Network safeguards the personal nature of your data and cannot transfer it to any third party (natural or legal person) for any reason, except as required by law and only to the competent authorities.
The Network maintains records of personal data submitted by visitors/users exclusively for communication, financial, and tax purposes.
Visitors/users may contact the relevant department to verify the existence of their personal data file, correct it, modify it, or request its deletion.
Visitors/users of the Network who are minors may access the Network services only with parental or guardian consent and are not required to provide personal data. If minors submit such data, the Network will delete the relevant information.
The Network, particularly the marketing department, may process part or all of the data you have submitted for statistical, financial, and service improvement purposes.
